DID YOU LOOK AWAY?
Wir nehmen Ungerechtigkeiten in unserem Alltag wahr. Wir sind schockiert und schauen dann wieder weg. Mit meinen Werken verdeutliche ich: Wir sind da, wir sehen was passiert. Mit diesen Gedanken erschaffe ich meine Werke und stelle einige Probleme unserer Gesellschaft in meiner Serie “Did you look away?” dar. Die Werke dienen als Spiegel zur gesellschaftlichen Konfrontation mit sozio-politischen Sachverhalten: “But you were there! Why didn’t you help? Why did you look away?”

DID YOU LOOK AWAY?
We perceive injustices in our everyday life. We are shocked and then look away again. With my works I make it clear: We are there, we will see what happens. With these thoughts I create my works and address some of the problems of our society in my series “Did you look away?” The works serve as a mirror for social confrontation with socio-political issues: “But you were there! Why didn’t you help? Why did you look away?”
